If you are passing by France, Normandy is one of the most must-seen place you can’t miss.
Why ?
Well, first, it’s closed to Paris. Jump in the first train to Caen or Le Havre, and you’ll be in the historical region within 2 hours maximum.
Secondly, Mont Saint Michel, the second most visited monument in France after Eiffel Tower, is in Normandy. In La Manche, close to Britannia.
And, last but not least, people in Normandy are very nice, helpful, and most of them will speak some english and be happy to give you advices of unknown places you should visit.
